What is UV flat-bed printing?

Flat UV printing is a digital printing technology that instantly cures ink under UV light. It enables printing on practically any rigid or semi-rigid surface: wood, metal, glass, acrylic, PVC, leather, plastic — up to 150 mm thick.

Our latest-generation machine offers unique capabilities: opaque white on coloured substrates, selective gloss or matte varnish (raised effect), and resolution up to 1440 dpi for photographic output. It is the ideal solution for professional signage, POS displays and premium corporate gifts.

Does UV printing withstand outdoor use?

Yes, using outdoor UV inks (LM UV). Durability depends on exposure. For extended outdoor use, we recommend an additional protective finish.

Can you print on glass with UV flat-bed?

Yes, flat UV adheres to glass with appropriate surface treatment. The result is opaque or transparent depending on your requirements.

What is the maximum print size?

Our machine accepts substrates up to 900×600 mm. For larger formats, contact us for a custom solution.

Can you do selective varnish (spot varnish)?

Yes, we offer both glossy and matte selective UV varnish with raised effect in the same print pass — ideal for premium effects on brochures and gifts.
