2. Data collected

We collect the following categories of data:

  • Contact form / quote request: first and last name, email address, phone number, company name, description of the project or request.
  • Browsing data: server logs, IP address, browser type and operating system, pages visited, connection timestamps. This technical data is retained pour une durée maximale de 12 mois.

We do not collect data belonging to special categories within the meaning of Article 9 of the GDPR (sensitive data).

3. Purposes and legal bases

Your data is processed for the following purposes:

  • Processing your quote and contact requests: legal basis — legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) or performance of pre-contractual measures at your request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
  • Invoicing and accounting: legal basis — legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR).
  • Service improvement and aggregated statistical analysis: legal basis — legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

We do not use your data for direct marketing purposes without your explicit prior consent.

4. Retention period

Prospects
3 years from the last active contact.
Clients
10 years from the last transaction (accounting and tax obligations).
Navigation logs
12 mois maximum.
Unsuccessful applications
2 years, unless express agreement for a longer period.

At the end of these periods, data is deleted or anonymised.

5. Recipients

Your data is neither sold nor transferred to third parties for commercial purposes.

They may be shared with the following processors, in strict to the extent necessary to carry out their tasks:

  • OVHcloud SAS — web hosting provider. 2 rue Kellermann, 59100 Roubaix, France. Data is hosted on servers located in France.

These processors are bound by a data processing agreement compliant with the GDPR and may only use your data for the purposes defined by MARKAGENIE.

6. Your rights (GDPR)

Conformément au Règlement (UE) 2016/679 (RGPD) et à la loi n° 78-17 du 6 janvier 1978 modifiée (loi Informatique et Libertés), vous disposez des droits suivants :

  • Right of access — obtain a copy of data concerning you.
  • Right to rectification — have inaccurate or incomplete data corrected.
  • Right to erasure — request deletion of your data under the conditions provided by law.
  • Right to data portability — receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format.
  • Right to object — object to processing based on legitimate interest.
  • Right to restriction of processing — request a temporary freeze on the processing of your data.
