Prices shown are for a standard embroidery (left chest, motif <50mm, up to 3 colours). Each additional option (back position, large format, additional colours) is added to the base price.

The digital embroidery file (DST/PES) is included for any order ≥ 10 units. For single-unit orders, a €12 excl. tax file preparation fee applies.

Prices ex-VAT. Colissimo shipping extra depending on weight. Flat shipping rate €6.90 for orders of <30 units.

Frequently asked questions — Embroidery

Can I embroider on black or very dark textiles?

Yes, absolutely. Unlike inkjet printing, digital embroidery is independent of the garment colour. Vibrant thread colours stand out perfectly on black or navy backgrounds, making it the go-to technique for workwear garments and uniforms in dark shades.

How wash-resistant is embroidery?

Digital embroidery is the most durable personalisation technique. Unlike DTF or screen printing, which apply ink to the fabric surface, embroidery threads are woven directly into the textile. A well-executed embroidery withstands hundreds of 60°C washes without fading or peeling.

What is the lead time for an embroidery order?

Standard lead time is 48–72 h after approval of the digital proof (BAT), which we send within 24 h of receiving your file. For orders over 100 units, allow 5–7 working days. A 24 h express option is available on weekdays (30 % surcharge). Colissimo delivery adds 1–2 working days.

I don't have a vector file — what should I do?

We can work from a clean PNG or JPG at 300 DPI minimum, subject to a vector retrace fee of €25 excl. tax (simple motifs). For complex logos, a quote will be provided. If you only have a photo of your printed logo, send it to contact@markagenie.fr and we will assess feasibility.

Do you offer a textile supply service?

Yes. We work with B&C Collection, Fruit of the Loom, Kariban and Beechfield catalogues for caps and beanies. Catalogue prices are available on request. You can also send us your own textiles: caps, polos, jackets and bags in clean, good condition are accepted. Please provide one spare garment per item in case of embroidery defect.
