Does the embroidery hold on the thick cotton of the judogi?
Yes — digital embroidery integrates directly into the cotton fibres of the judogi. Unlike heat transfer which can peel under throws, embroidery is bonded to the fabric. It withstands intensive washing (60°C, high spin) and the friction of training.
Can I order kimonos in different sizes in a single order?
Absolutely. When requesting a quote, provide the size breakdown (e.g.: 10 in size 3, 15 in size 4, 5 in size 5). Embroidery is applied to each item individually. For club orders (≥30 items), a dedicated contact will assist you.
What file format should I use to send my dojo logo?
We accept PNG, SVG, AI (Illustrator), EPS, vector PDF. For best results, provide a vector file (SVG or AI). For bitmap files (PNG), our workshop will digitise to DST embroidery format and send you a proof before production.
Is there a minimum order for embroidery?
No — we accept single-item orders from 1 item. For group orders (entire dojo), we offer tiered pricing from 30 items. Contact us for a personalised quote.
Can I get a sample before ordering for the whole club?
Yes, for custom orders, the proof (BAT — Bon à Tirer) allows you to visually approve your marking before production begins. For clubs wishing a physical sample, contact us — subject to setup fees.
