Can we order different sizes in the same order?
Yes, you can order as many different sizes as needed in the same order. When placing your order, specify the breakdown you want (e.g. 3 S, 4 M, 5 L, 2 XL). The unit price remains the same regardless of size.
Is it possible to have a different t-shirt for the bride-to-be?
Absolutely — it's our most common request! You can order a distinctive t-shirt for the bride-to-be (different colour, special design, "Bride" text) and group-coloured t-shirts for the others. Just specify your requirements in the comment field when placing your order.
What file should I send to put a photo on the t-shirts?
For quality photo printing, send a high-resolution image (minimum 300 dpi). Accepted formats are JPG, PNG, PDF. Avoid zoomed or cropped smartphone photos. For perfect DTG portrait printing, choose a photo with a plain background. Our team will contact you to validate the quality before printing.
Is there an express delivery service for urgent events?
Yes, we offer an express D+3 service on quotation for urgent orders. This service is available for DTF orders of fewer than 30 items. An urgency surcharge applies. Contact us directly by email for priority processing.
