Yes, you can send your own jackets for embroidery. We accept competition jackets, waterproof jackets and bombers of all brands. Please contact us before sending to find out compatible substrates. Return postage costs apply.
What file format for a stud farm or equestrian club logo?
We accept PNG, SVG, AI (Illustrator), EPS, vector PDF. For best results, provide a vector file (SVG or AI). In the case of a bitmap (PNG), our workshop performs a DST embroidery digitising and sends you a proof before production. Logos with fine details may require simplification.
Can ear bonnets be embroidered with multiple thread colours?
Yes, our embroidery machines handle up to 12 different thread colours on the same embroidery. For your club's precise Pantone colours, indicate them when placing your order. A proof is sent by email before production to validate the colours.
Is there a minimum order for competition jackets?
No — we accept single-unit orders from 1 jacket. For clubs wishing to equip their entire team, tiered pricing applies from 30 pieces with a dedicated contact and personalised support.
