9 CNC embroidery machines + DTF 60cm + DTG 4 heads + 2 CO₂ lasers installed and available at Échourgnac (24). Finishing-only orders are accepted now — embroidery on swimwear, DTF on synthetic materials, sewn logo on lingerie.
T4 2026
CNC oscillating blade cutting table + sublimation calender
Acquisition and commissioning of the DXF/AAMA-compatible cutting table (lycra, cotton, denim) and the 1.9m sublimation calender. Your clients' Lectra patterns will go directly to cutting with no re-entry.
T1 2027
CNC flatseam robot operational — first BAÏNE collection
Installation of the CNC flat seaming robot. Launch of the first BAÏNE collection (ECONYL® swimwear). Opening of flatseam production capacity to partner brands and their designer clients.
T2 2027
Full workshop — welcoming partners and designer clients
The full chain operational. Prescribing partners can direct their clients to the workshop for orders of 50 to 4,000 pieces, all material types, from lingerie to technical swimwear.

What you need to know before calling
Does MARKAGENIE already produce swimwear?
The CNC flatseam robot is being acquired (Q1 2027 deployment). In the meantime, finishing capabilities (CNC embroidery, DTF, DTG) are available now. The cutting and assembly chain will be operational by end of 2026.
What is the minimum volume to work together?
50 pieces for a collaboration test. From 100 pieces for regular production. The workshop is sized for volumes of 500 to 4,000 pieces/month — neither artisan scale (10 pieces) nor mass production (100,000 pieces).
What does the business referrer model mean concretely?
If you send one of your clients to MARKAGENIE Collection and she places an order, you receive 5 to 10% of the pre-tax amount of that order. No signed contract required to start — a simple email is enough to register your partner.
Our patterns are made on Lectra — is this compatible with your cutting?
Yes, directly. Lectra exports in DXF and AAMA, the two native formats of our CNC oscillating blade cutting table. You send the file, we cut — no re-patterning, no re-entry, no loss of precision on complex pieces (cups, straps, elastic bands).
We were considering buying a digital embroidery machine — why go through you instead?
Machine investment, operator training, maintenance, breakdowns, underutilisation in the first years — this is a structural cost centre, not a profit centre, for a style studio. At MARKAGENIE Collection, 9 multi-head CNC embroidery machines are operational now. All your clients benefit from the first order, with no commitment on your side and no capital tied up. Your added value stays in pattern making and the designer relationship — not machine management.
Can we visit the workshop?
Yes. The workshop is at Échourgnac (Dordogne, 24). A half-day visit is possible by appointment for serious partners. You will see the finishing machines in operation and the progress of the cutting/sewing deployment.
Can MARKAGENIE produce under our brand?
Yes. MARKAGENIE Collection is a contract workshop — we produce under our partners' brands. Labels, tags, packaging and traceability are integrated to your specifications. IP remains entirely with the client brand.
