Two complementary CNC technologies: vision CO₂ laser with industrial camera to automatically detect the contour of a sublimated pattern (no source file required), and heat-free oscillating knife for heat-sensitive materials. The existing MARKAGENIE CO₂ lasers cover standard plain polyester cutting.

The 20-megapixel Hikrobot industrial camera scans the sublimated pattern printed on the fabric and automatically extracts the digital cutting contour — no source file, no operator input. The 150 W CO₂ laser then follows this contour with ±0.025 mm precision at 18,000 mm/min. In the Collection workshop, this machine processes BAÏNE swimwear and GABIER jerseys straight off the sublimation press: zero intermediate handling.

In the Collection workshop, this station handles the assembly of BAÏNE swimwear and ARCHIPEL compression pieces.
