Does embroidery hold up to high-temperature washes?
Yes, our embroideries are designed to withstand professional washing. We guarantee colour and texture durability for 100 washes at 60°C. For aprons subjected to very frequent washing or at 90°C, we recommend opting for high-temperature threads — mention this when placing your order.
My logo is only in low-resolution JPEG, can you still embroider?
Yes, in most cases. Our team performs the "digitising" (conversion of the logo into an embroidery file). If your JPEG is legible and large enough, we can work from this file. For very detailed logos or those with many similar colours, a vector file (SVG, AI, EPS) gives a better result. Simple logo retouching is included at no extra cost.
Can we embroider at several positions (chest + back + sleeve)?
Yes, each embroidery position is billed separately. The standard position is left chest (small format logo). Additional positions — large format back, sleeve, collar — are available on request. For large surface embroideries (over 15 cm), a frame surcharge applies depending on the surface area and pattern density.
What is the lead time for a reorder after my first order?
Once your digitising file has been approved and saved, the reorder lead time is reduced to D+7 as the creation step is eliminated. We retain your embroidery file indefinitely. Simply indicate "reorder" followed by your order number in your message, along with the desired quantities.
